Job Description:

The ideal candidate for the F&I position will have an outgoing
personality and positive attitude, along with an expertise of building
strong relationships with customers. The Finance Manager is required
to review each customer's credit application, present financing
options, and prepare the delivery documentation.

Responsibilities:

Determine the customer's need for finance and payment options
Present service contracts and other beneficial ancillary programs
Prepare paperwork and finalize financial transactions in a legal and
ethical manner to ensure a strong lender relationship


Qualifications:

Maintain a high customer satisfaction index (CSI)
Self-motivated and high-energy personality
Strong attention to details and works well in a process driven environment
Valid driver's license and a good driving record
Must pass a background check and drug screen

Job Description

A Customer Service/Appointment Coordinator fields calls and online
inquiries from interested auto buyers. The representative's objective
is to engage each potential client by answering their questions and
setting them up for an appointment with our sales team.

Skills and Qualifications

 The ideal candidate has great interpersonal skills (in person, on the
phone, and online), some customers service experience, and the ability
to absorb knowledge of the automotive industry.
You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team.
For certain tasks you will be given ample structure; other tasks will
require you to provide your own initiative and organization.
Previous sales experience and automotive knowledge is not required.
Tech savvy is ideal, but training will be provided regardless!
You must be open to learning new things and be flexible in terms of
the type of work performed.
You must be able to pass a drug test.
You must have flexible hours.
BDC Experience Highly preferred

Description:

Professionally approaches, greets and offers assistance or direction
in a friendly and energetic manner to any guest who enters the
dealership property. Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking
questions and listening carefully to their responses. Follows
dealership sales process as directed by Sales management. Demonstrate
new vehicles. Offer test drives to all prospects; obtain proper
identification from customer to test drive; follow predetermined test
drive route. Ensures the sales manager has an opportunity to meet
every customer.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Create and maintain excellent relationships with our customers
Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, ect., and their
benefits to customers
Attends product/sales training courses and meetings as determined by
sales management and manufacturer
Follow up on all sales leads from a variety of sources (phone,
walk-ins, newspaper ads, referrals, etc.)
Work with Car Sales Managers to ensure individual and department sales
goals are met
Exhibit a high level of commitment to customer satisfaction

Education and Experience

Training available for the right candidates
Sales experience a plus
Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
Knowledge of basic computer functions & typing
Professional oral and written communications
Maintain professional appearance
